An Evening with writer Nathan Hill

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral • 121 West 12th Street, Davenport, IAmap

Readings from Nathan Hill’s brilliant novel The Nix with music to chosen to complement the spoken word.

Iowa-native Nathan Hill, whose 2016 novel The Nix is being translated in to thirty languages worldwide, will join Chamber Music Quad Cities for an evening of readings and music. Songs by Brahms and Pete Seeger, solo piano music by Mendelssohn, Grieg and John Cage, and a performance of the Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1 by QCSO Concertmaster Naha Greenholtz will complement Mr. Hill’s readings. This is a one-of-a-kind event, never presented before, and is not to be missed.
